1. Is Motorpool really free? Yes. Join the fastest-growing web community of car lovers and begin tracing your car's history, meeting other like-minded enthusiasts, researching restorations, and having fun with your favorite hobby.
2. How does Motorpool use information it gathers? We're dedicated to your privacy and security. Motorpool does not require or collect VIN numbers, engine ID numbers, or other sensitive material that might violate (or allow others to violate) your privacy. Motorpool does use the car information you submit to track vehicles of historic interest, document ownership history, and help promote the classic and collector car hobby. More questions? 3. What if I don't want to share pictures or information about my vehicle? Motorpool empowers its users to decide how much or how little you want to share. You're in the driver's seat. Simply click on "edit profile" on your My Garage page to change your settings. You can change your privacy settings at any time.
4. I've spotted an error in your database. How do I alert Motorpool? Motorpool is dedicated to the accuracy and authenticity of the collector and classic car hobby. We've painstakingly researched over 100 years of car history and data and more than 6400 makes and models are represented on the site. If you've spotted an error in our database, please e-mail your discovery to history@motorpool.com
5. I've encountered a technical glitch on your site. Please email your question or bug to service@motorpool.com
6. Another member is posting inappropriate material, pictures, or comments. How do you handle that?Please immediately notify us by pressing the "flag" button or contacting us through our "contact us" page below.
